Since 2010, supported by her husband Jurij, an expert truffle hunter, the company realizes authentic products and exquisite pairings, offering a range of product lines tailored for both end consumers and the restaurant industry. These products boast international certifications (BRC and IFS) along with origin certifications (Made in Italy and Halal), drawing from over 30 hectares of certified organic truffle fields.
These territories are dedicated to sourcing for fresh market and for processing into traceable products in short supply chains, designed to be readytouse.
