Every day, the skilled hands of the pasta makers at Pastificio Marcello create a symphony of flavors and colors. Ravioli, tortelloni, fagottini, mezzelune, trecce, ciambelle, and many other fresh pasta shapes come to life, personalized both in the dough and in color, with a wide choice of variations.

The pasta is hand-rolled daily and laid out on wooden boards. Only eggs and flour, without water, are used to maintain both the consistency and roughness of homemade pasta and a unique elasticity that gives it resistance to cooking and an unparalleled flavor.

The processing is meticulous: from the choice of always very select ingredients, to the rolling out, which preserves the typical shine of hand-rolled egg pasta. With this pasta, small and large jewels in all possible shapes and sizes are packaged, one by one. A tailor-made job that meets every customer’s request.

The fillings are a true work of art: a complete range of over 50 variations, from the classic ricotta and spinach to gourmet, from regional ones like Valtellinesi or Carbonara, to the incomparable Brasello and Duomo, to the Fagotttino 1939 with high-quality ricotta.

 A wide choice for all tastes and palates! Each filling is made with seasonal and local ingredients, prepared in a large kitchen every day, with customized variations. Customers can request modifications on certain quantities, such as adding or replacing ingredients.

The factory’s chefs prepare the recipes and stuff the ravioli by hand and on the same day. No breadcrumbs, flavor enhancers, or preservatives are added; just a lot of passion and an authentic taste, identical to that of homemade ravioli!

Each filling is designed for grocery stores, bakeries, delicatessens, demanding catering, and to satisfy the most refined palates.

Everything is worked with attention to quality, hygiene, and respect for raw materials, from processing to delivery in Milan and its hinterland in one day, thanks to a very punctual corporate fleet that respects the cold chain and allows tasting a product that is really just a few hours old, with a unique freshness!
