TIBERINO 1888

Tiberino was born in the streets of the historic center of Bari at the end of the nineteenth century. Since then, four generations of Tiberino’s have alternated in the management of the family business, handing down from father to son over a century of experience and evolving more and more.

Now as then our commitment is to bring Puglia and Italy in the world, through our meals and through our unique and delicious recipes that allow anyone, anywhere to enjoy a good and healthy dish, as if it were just prepared.

And that’s exactly what we did when we provided an entire Italian menu to the astronauts of the international missions of NASA, ESA and ASI, taking our products even into space.

Dry is better!

Dehydration is the process at the base of all the recipes. It allows to preserve the freshness of vegetables beyond the limit of their seasonality.

Unlike other industrial preservation methods, dehydration keeps the nutritional properties of the ingredients unaltered until they are used and without the need to add salt or chemical preservatives.

Today Tiberino is known and appreciated by consumers who are more attentive to quality and in search of the true Italian taste around the world.
