The company Non solo pasta da Laila has experience in the production of fresh egg pasta for three generations of master pasta makers in Macerata.

By continually investing in research and the study of high-quality raw materials, the owner Laila Nonni has been able to renew tradition without distorting it. Using the most advanced production processes and techniques, she has obtained preservative-free pasta with the authentic flavor of the past, handmade or bronze-drawn, with a shelf-life of several weeks.

From agri-food collaborations with several universities, we have also created a new type of fresh egg pasta with a high nutritional content, LAILA MANGIA BENE Functional Pasta, which combines the pleasure of a plate of pasta with a balanced nutritional profile. A balanced product that guarantees a correct intake of carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and proteins.

Also, thanks to the high standards of hygiene and processing systems with controlled temperatures, our pasta can be maintained for 20 days without a modified atmosphere or pasteurization.

All our passion characterizes us also in the other section of our laboratory where we create healthy, vegetarian, and classic gastronomy dishes to provide our customers with a convenient but above all healthy and balanced food offer with an eye to health and one to the taste.

Always working with selected raw materials of our territory and exclusively fresh, all our products can also be frozen to reach maintenance of 90 days at-18° C.
