LE VIE DEL TARTUFO (to whom Tartufi Jimmy brand belongs) was born from the intuition of Giovanni Cecchini, who turned his passion for truffle hunting in a flourishing business, focused at first on the marketing of fresh truffles.
Later on, Giovanni, thanks to his entrepreneurship managed to strengthen the position of the company on the marketplace by opening a first laboratory for truffle-processing and transformation. With the participation to all the main international food fairs, Tartufi Jimmy has achieved recognition and become a segment leader, due to the undeniable quality of their product, it’s capacity to innovate the category and marketing support.
In order to respond to the growing demand of the market, Tartufi Jimmy has recently inaugurated a new 10,000 square meters production facility, built a production plant with the latest technologies that can handle the over 90 tons of truffles processed each year, and created a total of 900.000 square meters in truffle fields.
Today, the Tartufi Jimmy brand enjoys an excellent reputation in its category thanks to the great entrepreneurial skills shown by the management over the years and to the work of a team of over 80 dedicated collaborators, each capable of adding value to the company and its products.
