The aperitartufo line has new articles: breadsticks, flat bread, chips, cashews, dried apricots and banana chips. All this products are enhanced by the unique and the perfectly balance taste of truffle.

The combination of taste and color creates new balances and flavors. Stefania Calugi selects unique and high quality raw materials and together with her team, she deals with the study, the recipes realization and the design of packaging.

All products are vegan (with the exception of olives) and gluten free (with the exception of bread sticks and flat bread). Practical and quick to use, these product are excellent with cocktails and plate of cured meats and cheese.

Stefania Calugi’s company was founded in 1987 and since then exports fresh truffle and truffle products in more than 30 countries, being able to satisfy most demanding customers’ requests and surprise all palates.
