“WE ARE WHAT WE EAT” (FEUERBACH)

No sentence better represents the philosophy of our company, Centro Carne.

It all started in the 60s from the idea to found a company based on two principles we deem fundamental:

• Quality

• Territory

We have always believed in the potential of our region, Abruzzo, our home.

Our goal? Expand our business, emphasize quality, spread the philosophy of good foos.

The turning point came in 2005, when we opened our plant, a 3500 m2 area where we can implement all our knowledge firsthand. We developed spaces and departments with two key factors in mind:

• customers

• product

We chose to diversify our business: from sectioning and bone processing, we expanded to pre-packaged products, we gave new life to products such as the hamburger, which is often unjustly considered “junk food”.

How? By creating an entire line which epitomizes our key values, territory and quality, and developing hamburgers made of prime quality meat: PGI Chianina, PGI Marchigiana, PGI Romagnola, Piedmont Fassona and more.

Over the last couple of years, a new concept of “naturalness” has been rediscovered, based on the principles of the sustainable supply chain.

Not only is Centro Carne processing company; we also are an active and fundamental part of the chain: we are breeders. The land gives product its value: this is our starting point.

The joy of eating makes sense only if our consumption is conscious; this is why we keep the packaging of our products simple and ethical. We are moving toward recyclable, user-friendly, smart packaging, minimizing paper waste and using mono-material PET film.

This is why, when we are asked what makes us different, our answer is: guaranteed quality of all products, diversified offer and another of our strengths, communication.

We share every step of our product and support our customers with a range of communication materials, from brochures, to catalogues, to flyers, to photos which can be used in both print and online media.
