Vegan and organic, the secret ingredient is nature

Kinvit® is a plant-based, fermented and seasoned food preparation made from wheat and legumes.

It is not soy and it is not seitan, that is, it is not made with the ingredients commonly found in products available on the organic and vegan market.

What this means. Soy and seitan-a popular preparation composed almost entirely of gluten- although rich in protein, impart characteristics to the food they produce that do not aid in the digestion and assimilation of nutritional elements.

Why is Kinvit® different? Natural yeasts developed by the company and a unique process. The combination of quality ingredients and production process allows results that are peculiar from an organoleptic, nutritional and technological point of view.

From an organoleptic point of view, Kinvit® has a distinctive flavor and a very soft, balanced texture is extremely palatable and melts in the mouth to the satisfaction of the palate.

Leavening, targeted fermentation and seasoning act on the ingredients used, transforming them into nutritional elements more readily available to the body.

This is why Kinvit® is rich in enzymes and amino acids and is a living food thanks to fermentation, which contributes to metabolic balance and protection of the microbiota.

Kinvit® is easily machined. Ultra-thin slices and innovative cuts can be created for the vegetable market, such as the Original SFILACCI, thus introducing new consumer opportunities in this product category. Kinvit® is also easy to cook.

THE FORMATS

Kinvit® is currently available in NATURAL, SMOKED, CARPACCIO and with LUPINS, in Sliced formats and in Original SFILACCI in 90g trays.

The 4 recipes are also available in slices of about 1,6 kg or whole about 3,3 kg. The introduction of other plant-based references such as Burger, Sausages and Escalopes will follow soon.
