Valle Spluga, founded in 1967 in Valchiavenna, is today a well-established company in the Italian poultry sector, with a distinctive positioning based on a niche product: cornish hen.

Within this framework, new products were launched in 2026.
- The range of fully cooked, vacuum-packed cornish hens has been expanded with two new internationally inspired variants: a sweet and sour version, characterized by a balance between sweet and spicy notes;
- a curry version, with a more intense and distinctive flavor profile.
These solutions are designed to simplify preparation while preserving the product’s organoleptic qualities.Further expanding the range, Valle Spluga has introduced a gourmet cornish hen burger with vegetables, made from hand-deboned prime cuts, breast and thighs, and enriched with plant-based ingredients.
The result is a versatile product, high in protein, a source of fiber and low in saturated fats, aligned with the needs of increasingly health-conscious consumers.
