A journey through the truest flavours with traditional recipes. We do not change tradition, we use it to guide our work, with love.

The same love which guides the producers of the ingredients we use to feed their animals and farm their land, bringing you the finest products.

This is the path we have chosen, and since you are here with us, this path is very likely to be the one you chose as well, our common denominator.

WINES

We will not dress as experts in describing the wine you chose, but we will tell you about it with love about the land which produced it.

This way, the Nebbiolo grapes used to produce the great GRUMELLO, SASSELLA, INFERNO, VALGELLA, MAROGGIA takes the form of the faces of those who work the terracing with dedication and passion.

The great Valtellina cellars, widely acknowledged and prized across the nation, have managed to transform our terracing into the only one of its kind in Italy; and, then, the tiny producers, selected each year by who truly understands wine on our behalf, who make their biggest earning out of being acclaimed among the greatest, rather than on numbers.
