Ogliastra Monocultivar is our mainstay product; made with local 100% olives of a rustic variety that grow easily on the arduous slopes of this region.

The intense and distinctive aroma of our oil is fruity and natural, recalling freshly pressed olives. Elegant and satisfying, broad and balanced, the combination of artichoke and herbaceous flagrances creates a polished and highly valuable pairing.
