THE TRADITION OF QUALITY BREAD

We have been operating in the bakery sector for four generations, handing down the ability to create a product faithful to the tradition of quality bread.

From this experience gained over the years our breadcrumbs were born, a very fresh product that derives from the processing of specially produced bread.

In 2006 all this materialized in a new factory, located in the heart of Tuscany, intended exclusively for the processing of breadcrumbs to be used as a a filling in fresh pasta, for simple and/or spiced breading for meat, fish and vegetables.

In this new reality, we have managed to combine our experience with the most modern processing and packaging technologies in order to guarantee a product with high quality standards and an increasingly effective service.

Today the company boasts three factories, all located on the same site, and four production lines that make products for the final consumer, the processing industry, the HORECA, retail and large-scale distribution sector, as well as a research and development department able to satisfy every need expressed by the customer on granulometry and type of product.
