I Sapori del Vallo is known as the ancient production for fresh pasta. A company that has known to hand on from mother to daughter, for decades, the art to produce pasta using actual domestic techniques that has allowed the flavors and typical genuine plates of the Lucane lands on many tables.

Our products whose goodness and qualities are married in full harmony, with the tradition of who continues to make pasta, as it was once used, at home, working the dough by hand, which is prepared with water, eggs, and flour, synthesizes the history of a family company that wanted to invest on the local tradition and on a genuine product, whose roots and culture are part of the job which every day permits on being able to satisfy the needs of more and more demanding customers and on the search for simple and healthy products.
