For more than 70 years, Fano men and women have used blue fish to prepare their meals, creating recipes that combine fish with coastal land products and developing a culinary tradition that is still alive and appreciated nowadays.
With PesceAzzurro ready sauces we want to gather the essence of such history and tradition.
Our products come from the experience of fishermen cooks, from the high quality of raw materials and from that blue fish that we still consider the true wealth that distinguishes us, and to which we dedicate our care and attention in the transformation processes.
