After two years of research and development, thanks to precious collaboration with companies that produce 100% natural products such as dehydrated fish dressings, expensive but totally free of yeast, we have created a range of products that fully respects the Italian culinary tradition, and which aims to awaken the chef in us!

Antipasto della cambusa. A perfect dish for people who love fresh and delicious sweetand-sour combinations. An irresistible mix of beans, prawns and giant Pacific squid harmonized with a tasty pink sauce. Rice was previously precooked with a tasty fish broth. A genuine, natural dish, to be served either in small portions as appetizer or as a single course.
Il capriccio di mare. The rice previously pre-cooked with a tasty fish broth, smoked salmon, sweet and sour julienne greens and pink sauce: a rich and complete dish to be served either in small portions as appetizer or as a single course.
La Paella del Commodoro….. This is the dish for all risotto’s lovers!!!! Freely inspired by the typical Spanish sea paella, with only fish and yellow rice. Simple, good, genuine, the fish is seared together with a tasty fish broth and rice previously pre-cooked.
Risotto di Mare Bianco….It is the most important dish in Italian fish cuisine: seafood risotto. Squid, mussels and shrimps, well mixed with a tasty fish broth and combined with a wisely pre-cooked rice.
It will conquer you with its unmistakable flavor giving you the feeling of enjoying a seafood risotto of haute cuisine.
Le Penne Dell’Ammiraglio… An exquisite dish created to satisfy even the most demanding palates. The variety of ingredients of our sauce make it unique and unmistakable: seared seafood, mussels and prawns and tasty tomato sauce, enveloping on the palate, make it our top-of-the-line.
Filetto Mediterraneo… Creativity, imagination, research for unique flavors: there are all those aspect behind creation of our cod fillet. Flavored with a tasty lemon breading and combined with a delicate potato cream accompanied by a mix of steamed vegetables to give a real Mediterranean flavor to the dish.
Filetto All’Ortolana… An excellent cod fillet flavored with a tasty lemon breading and combined with a delicate potato cream with a side of grilled vegetables.
Filetto Alla Pizzaiola… Cod fillet flavored with a tasty lemon breading and combined with a delicate cream of potatoes and tomato following the most traditional “Pizzaiola recipe” with capers and black olives.
Gli Arrosticini di Totano… “The arrosticini are only meat” Who said that? Inspired by the classic “Arrosticino Abruzzese” we created a version of Fish Arrosticino: a tasty giant squid from the Pacific enhanced by cubes of pepper and a rich spicy breading, a secret recipe!
