Fabbri Oil, The “Act Of Choosing”

Fabbri oil is born in Lucca, Tuscany, the most famous oil-producing region in the world, where people know olive oil, they appreciate and recognize its value.

It is thanks to the trust of our consumers, built and maintained over time, that we have been able to draw the physiognomy of our company, and is imposing to ourselves an imperative rigor in the production choices that we offer a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our work is precisely based on this, on choice, which translates into knowing how to taste, evaluate and select the best raw materials. Three operations that represent the foundations of our work and our profession, now exactly as when our father was leading the company.

A complex profession that requires very high skills to be able to monitor the supply chain, understand market trends and the causes that often depend on nature and can not be predicted, and that on such a delicate product as oil have a decisive impact on the good success of the harvest and the consequent production phases, involving the growers who produce the olives, the millers who deal with their pressing and the brokers who sell the oil.

We therefore place ourselves at the end of a long chain of relationships.
An ideal position to do what we are interested in: taking care of the quality we offer our customers, those who know how to recognize it and reward our choices with their trust.

It is thanks to the “Act of choosing” that the extra-virgin oil we produce is born and arrives on the shelves of distribution with the assurance of a constant quality, the Fabbri quality.
