The great part of our cheeses are produced with a traditional work in a modern dairy of the po land, where it is common that it born the better cheese, because of the esteemed quality of forage and the highquality of the milk. Our fi rma has in Introbio, in Valsassina, a renownedvalley for the excellence of its cheeses,historical and natural grottoesof ‘800, where there is the seasoning of the products.
