Birra castello, the historic brewery based in pedavena, at the heart of the dolomites, takes a significant step forward in its evolutionary journey. Founded in 1897, the company, which is one of the leading producers of 100% italian-owned beer, has decided to refresh its image and expand its offerings to meet the demands of an ever-evolving market, with a growing focus on internationalization.
With the rebranding of its castello and pedavena brands, the company aims to communicate more directly and engagingly with its consumers, presenting a fresh and modern image that reflects its ongoing commitment to innovation and growth. The brand refresh comes alongside some new product offerings, designed to meet the needs of an increasingly discerning and diverse customer base.

New additions to the product portfolio
The castello brand introduces two new offerings: castello low, a beer with an alcohol content of 3.5%, created for those seeking a light yet flavorful drink, and castello senza glutine, a gluten-free lager, perfect for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Meanwhile, the pedavena range is enriched by the launch of pedavena pils superiore, a new creation. This pilsner, made with 100% italian ingredients, stands out for its robust structure, dry and clean taste, and a pleasantly bitter finish. Its fine, compact foam is the result of a precise blend of resinous and aromatic hops, which contributes to the beer’s superior quality.

Flexibility and quality: the strengths of birra castello
Birra castello emphasizes the quality of its products, its pursuit of taste perfection, and the strong italian identity as its main distinguishing features. With this relaunch, the company aims to solidify its presence in the italian beer scene and expand its distribution internationally, continuing to delight the growing and diverse tastes of beer lovers around the world.
