Beverage, Specialty Foods, International Pavilion, and Off-Show Events: What’s New at TUTTOFOOD Milano 2025

The much-anticipated new edition of TUTTOFOOD Milano is shaping up, marking its debut under the organization of Fiere di Parma. The international food&beverage exhibition will be held from May 5–8 at the futuristic exhibition center in Rho, Milan. Over 3,000 exhibitors from 35 countries are expected, featuring not only global category leaders but also a fine selection of artisanal producers. Visitor attendance is projected to surpass 90,000, up from 83,000 in the previous edition. The show will count on an extensive incoming program developed in collaboration with ITA – Italian Trade Agency.

Introducing the New International Pavilion

The 2025 edition marks an important transformation phase for TUTTOFOOD: the tradeshow aims at solidify its position as one of Europe’s leading B2B food industry events over the next three editions (May 2025, 2026 and 2028). The redesigned hall layout reflects this ambition, as TUTTOFOOD  2025 will expand from seven to ten halls. This growth underscores Fiere di Parma’s ability to attract new categories and international exhibitors. One of the most remarkable additions is a dedicated international pavilion showcasing foods from around the world — a cross-category gem developed in partnership with Koelnmesse Italia (Anuga Cologne).

New Opportunities for Beverages’ Professionals

Another highlight of TUTTOFOOD 2025 is an entire pavilion dedicated to beverages. This space will feature water, soft drinks, a curated selection of wine and beer producers, and a specialized section exploring spirits and mixology. It is not coincidence that Mixology Experience, Italy’s leading event in the sector, has chosen TUTTOFOOD Milano as its new home. This marks a significant milestone for the beverage industry, which has increasingly gained autonomy from cocktail bar culture. Both retail and foodservice are embracing beverage pairings for specific dishes and curated spirits offerings as key elements of a contemporary dining experience.

Solutions and Paths for the Foodservice Sector

While in recent times TUTTOFOOD has been a prime destination for retailers and food industry professionals, the next edition will provide Foodservice operators with a comprehensive business experience. Among the highlights are the Bellavita pavilion — a Fiere di Parma brand celebrating Italian food excellence and export potential — and a special section dedicated to artisanal micro-productions from all over Italy, from Trentino to Sicily.

Additionally, the event will feature sections highlighting new product launches aimed at wholesalers, distributors, and buyers across both retail and foodservice channels. A robust start-up area will spotlight innovative trends and solutions from both Italian and international emerging businesses.

Themes and Conference Calendar

A standout feature of the 2025 edition is TUTTOFOOD Week, an off-show event series running from May 3–8, starting on the Saturday before the trade show opens. Under the theme “Feed the Future,” the program will include conferences, tastings, cooking shows, exhibitions, and events evoking the vibrant atmosphere of Expo Milan 2015. This initiative transforms the city into a hub for exploring food trends and nutrition, creating a B2B2C lab for the TUTTOFOOD brand in collaboration with Mondadori Group’s Interni magazine.
