“The strength of collaboration” thanks to the experience and the contribution of men who, through generations, have always worked in the fish preserves sector and, “the quality of its product” thanks to the selection of raw materials, the excellent production units and the distribution scene with the brands “Mare”, “Savini” and “Timone”.

Alimentha’s production units use modern technologies for the preparation of food products, which always guarantee excellent quality.

Alimentha offers natural clams, blue fish fillets, anchovy paste, as well as traditional fish-based and non-fish-based sauces, taking care of the choice of ingredients and the composition of the recipes in compliance with Mediterranean culinary traditions.

The quality of our products is guaranteed by a careful choice of raw materials and by a strict control of production processes, both in external companies and in our factory. Indeed, we have used our experience in the sector with the installation in our factory of a modern sterilization line of glass jars containing fish and non-seafood products.

This helps to reduce and eliminate dependence on supplier companies and to directly control the quality of raw materials and production processes, having also obtained the BRC / IFS certifications.

Alimentha is always looking for quality along with a careful environmental policy. In fact, the company uses the photovoltaic panels system to collect energy from renewable sources and minimize the impact on the environment through careful policies. We are pleased to have primary Italian companies as our customers.

We are present in the Italian and foreign big organized distribution (GDO) also producing their own/private label productions; we cover the whole national territory with a sales network for distribution.

All this ensures that our products remain not only in the memory of the palate, but also in the historical memory of the customers.
