The farm on which it rised up the Mulino dei Bianchi belonged to one such madonna Liuccia, not better identified. From the historical documents it can be deduced that it was practiced actively agriculture of cereals at least from 1377, when, perhaps as a result of the testament of madonna Liuccia, the farm results in property of the hospital of the Bianchi of Gubbio until the year 1655. Subsequently, it was acquired by a noble Umbrian family, the Zitelli, owners until 1845, when it was in possession of the marquis Antonio Benveduti. At the beginning of the 1900s, the Silvioli family moved from the Marches to Gubbio and began to work for the Marquis from whom they bought the farm in the 1960s.
