Since its creation in 1980, Bruschi Borgotaro S.r.l. has always been synonym of quality. In years the Bruschi company grew more and more successful. Today it’s become one of the main processors of Porcino mushroom (dry and in oil) on a national and international level.
The secret for a good product is the quality of the raw materials it’s made of. This rule is fundamental and quality standards have become one of the factors that make the difference when it comes to improve one’ position on the market or to approach a new market for the first time. For this reason, we only work with selected mushroom suppliers and raw materials are carefully stored in our warehouses until processing begins.
Mushrooms selection is made exclusively by hand. Every production phase is monitored and carried out by high-skilled personnel. The raw material we use requires great expertise and attention so you cannot improvise.
