For “LA SASSELLESE”, 2022 will be a year of novelty

From the promotion of new products introduced this year, to the presentation of more new goodies.

2022 promises to be a year full of novelty for La Sassellese”. This past year, which marked the brand’s 60th anniversary, ended with the Baci di Sassello chiari al burro winning the prize for product innovation at Cibus 2021 and with the introduction of the Nuvoletti and the Sassellesi: the former with a new graphic design and a new butter-enriched recipe; the latter, a sugar-free almond-flavoured sweet for those who need to watch their sugar intake without sacrificing flavour.

Launching a new product is always something to be proud of, not just for the fact of having had an idea, but above all for having brought it to fruition. Behind such a result, there is always a great deal of hard work and passion.

To guarantee that consumers receive a consistently high level of quality, in line with the philosophy that has always characterized “La Sassellese”, only the best ingredients are used, among which the Rainforest Alliance’s certified sustainable chocolate, produced with respect for man and environment, and Piedmont’s IGP hazelnuts.

Every speciality is produced according to traditional methods and has the same traditional flavour. Its propensity to always plan for the future, has pushed this historic brand to expand its spaces and modernize its production methods, arriving at three production facilities in the municipality of Sassello.

It is with these “secret” ingredients that “La Sassellese” continues to bake new sweets: products originating in our region and distributed throughout Italy and abroad.

Next year will see the launch of a new delicacy inspired by traditional recipes and reinterpreted through experience and research. The no-added-sugar family will expand with the introduction of important new products.

New classics will appear on the shelves and the most recently launched products will become the focus of new communications campaigns. We bid farewell, therefore, to our 60th year, which is now coming to a close, with serenity and enthusiasm for the one to come, confident that sweets will always be the protagonists of our stories.
