Folea was born from an idea of P&T Consulting, the first integrated consulting company, specialized in Gluten Free and Free From, to target new market needs and to satisfy those who seek healthy wellness in a product without sacrificing the pleasure of a genuine and fragrant taste, maintaining a focus on the continuous search for quality and alternative raw materials and the focus of the company.

Four types of biscuits: lemon, vanilla, hazelnut and almond created with combinations of alternative cereals, such as rice flour, buckwheat, oats, teff and sorghum, which give the products that unique flavor typical of homemade shortbreads.

The importance of clean ingredients is fundamental and provides for the absence of industrial thickeners, dyes, preservatives, GMOs.

The world of Gluten Free usually uses large quantities of sugars and starches, as well as numerous chemical additives, to keep the dough together but specially to speed up the production processes.

Folea instead aims to use only alternative flour and naturally gluten-free, aromas of natural origin, eliminates the presence of eggs, lactose and added sugars obtaining, however, a rich taste product suitable for vegans, celiac, lactose intolerant and diabetic. The reduced carbohydrate formulation makes them ideal for hyperglycemic people and those who follow sports diets.
