The company was founded in 1997 (C.C.I.A.A. of Messina nr. 162003) and is exclusively composed of Sicilian olive oil producers. Our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil is called Agathòs (Greek for “Good”) and is the result of our carefully selected olives being processed in a continuous cycle with a cold extraction system through state-of-the-art equipment.
The final product is then stored in a climate-controlled warehouse at 18°C in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen (to prevent oxidation.)
Our industry-leading facility is divided into two operational centres: the finished product storage area, which is fully temperature-controlled, and the packaging area, where we find the assembly lines for packaging bottles and cans.
The company’s flagship are the seven lines for packaging single-dose sachets (used exclusively by Agathòs).
The high level of automation combined with expert craftsmanship constitute our company’s success and guarantee excellence in quality and food safety that has been certified by:
– ICEA for organic production (ITBIO006 D59K)
– CSQA for the packaging of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
– GS1 ITALY for the unique identification codes of our products (Company Prefix 80547218)
