Born as a family business, Giuseppe Matticari decided to introduce his daughters Elisabetta and Elena, respectively purchasing and marketing department, so as to continue the tradition, without forgetting strategies and objectives typical of a structured company.
The high quality standards and our motto “nature & people” have remained the same. We have studied oils and their seeds for over 30 years.
Our philosophy over the years: respect nature, agriculture and people. We privilege the km0, where possible, ensuring a Made in Italy production chain. Some species of fruit and / or seeds, however, we prefer them typical of their places of origin.
This allows us to make an economic contribution to developing countries and to have the best nutritional and qualitative product.
We choose the best suppliers, from all over the world. There are almost 50 different products in our assortment: virgin oils, deodorized oils, sauces, vinegars and seeds.
