Territory, tradition, quality and innovation

Trevalli Cooperlat is a dynamic and modern second-grade agrifood Cooperative company. Since the beginning, sixty years ago, it has been able to build an innovative entrepreneurial model to realize a strategic plan, placing itself among best in class firms in the Italian dairy industry.

The company resulted from the progressive cohesion of 11 cooperatives, located in 7 different Italian regions. The headquarters is in Jesi (AN) where the liquid milk (fresh, including High-Quality QM, ESL, UHT), the UHT cream (for cooking, spray, for whipping), the fresh and ESL cream, the béchamel, the desserts and the vegetable creams are produced.Milk

Fresh and aged cheeses, ricotta and yoghurt come from the other three factories of the Company (Amandola, Colli al Metauro, Grugliasco).

The milk supplied by the associates is collected daily and transformed in the 4 different factories to maintain very high levels of specialization and quality in each product category.

The above underlines the philosophy and the strategy of Trevalli Cooperlat not only on fresh milk but also on PDO, TSG and typical cheeses and on all those products that derive their added value from the link with the territory.

Trevalli Cooperlat has acted with foresight in the industrial area, combining milk processing with innovative products such as vegetable fat-based creams for every use (for whipping and cooking), establishing itself as a national leader and reaching international markets with the Hoplà brand.

The Company is present in several sales channels: Retail, Catering-Wholesale, B2B. The Exports account for 20% of turnover. The vast and heterogeneous production of spray cans, ranging from cream (even lactose-free) to mix recipes up to 100% vegetable ones, is significant in terms of quantity and technical expertise.

Over the years, Cooperlat has acquired know-how that allows it to provide the market with new products which, appropriately enhanced by careful marketing, have guaranteed and still guarantee the Company’s development and economic growth..
