Fattoria Italia was founded in Reggio Emilia thirty years ago, in the middle of the italian excellence of agro-food area. Over the years its production increased, becoming a reference in the production and distribution of Emilian frozen gastronomy, especially in salted pies and savoury puff pastry snacks.

Fattoria Italia became a developed company, thanks to an expansion connected to local acquisitions, nationally recognised for its typical offer and its tradition.

Our company continues offering nowadays gastronomic specialities, through an accurate selection of raw materials, strict processing methods, high productive technologies and ancient traditional recipes, mantaining the bond with tradition.

The company works in an UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 environment and owns the BRC certification.

Fattoria Italia produces the typical Erbazzone Reggiano, prepared following the ancient traditional recipe. Over the years its production increased, specializing in delicious salted pies, in addition to other products dedicated to socializing moments such as savoury snacks and appetizers. Our company also proposes other specialities such as pizza bases and the classical gnocco fritto.
