We are located in Cormons, in the heart of the Collio, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a unique town of its kind, meeting of Central European cultures and cradle of unique territorial specialties. L’Alimentari Tomadin was born in the 80’s following the takeover by Marisa Tomadin. Today, the daughter of Marisa, Leila, has the reins of the business, researching and promoting with passion and enthusiasm the typical products of the Collio, Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Italian and international gastronomic At Alimentari Tomadin you feel at home: take your time to discover every little specialty and let yourself be guided by the aromas and flavours.

This shop hides within itself a world made of constant research of raw materials, proposals, novelties that the world of taste can offer … but not only. Attention to tradition reigns supreme: we find the Collio wines, the typical sweets such as Gubana, Pinza and Esse di Raveo, compotes and jams from small local producers, local honey. Finally, you can discover a wide selection of cheeses from dairies or from small local farms, Friulian cured meats, from Crudo di San Daniele to Prosciutto di Cormons, from salami and sopressa, to the most refined proposals at duck and goose based. And then again: spices, bread with local ancient grain flours, biscuits and chocolate.

Sweet and savoury jars, local honey, the finest bottles of spirits, gin, bitters and liqueurs, artisanal chocolate, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

There is no shortage of the finest products from across the border such as the excellences from France, Austria and Spain, selected after careful research and love for food and excellences.
