DIEMME EXPANDS ITS COFFEE PREMIUM LINE

A broad and complete high-profile coffee offer is what the historical roasting company Diemme is proposing today, by developing dedicated projects in the horeca, retail and OCS.

Founded in Padova in 1927 by Romeo Dubbini, the company is today run by the grandchildren Giannandrea and Federico: a business grounded on roots, yet looking to the international panorama. Diemme Academy is the result of this, as a new hub for the operators in the sector holding multi-level training courses on the world of cafeteria, including the SCA programme (Specialty Coffee Association) and the LAGS (Latte Art Grading System), but also courses on food&pastry, bartending and fast food.

Just in the heart of the Academy is the Roastery&Research lab, dedicated to the control of the entire supply chain, the analysis, the selection of the beans and the development of new products through high-precision tools and a real artisanal approach. This is the department where all the lines for retail, OCS and the special tailor-made projects for the Diemme’s partners are devised and finalised.

The high-quality standard is even more guaranteed by a last-generation roasting facility, which allows to obtain the maximum uniformity and quality of the final product. Among these facilities, Cimbria Sea Chromex is worth mentioning, as it can eliminate the primary and secondary flaws in the green coffee, as well as decrease the discrepancy of the beans until the 0%.
