Pavone srl was born in 1960 as a small laboratory producing zuppa reale and other typical pastas, using traditional local recipes. With patience and experience, that small laboratory has grown, becoming a significant company.
Pavone srl is specialized in producing choux pastries, baked in di erent sizes for every kind of use and sold both for retailers and wholesalers in Italy and abroad. Meanwhile, Pavone srl still produces zuppa reale and zuppa imperiale, classical products of our regional culinary tradition.
Our products are baked using only the finest ingredients and traditional recipes. We constantly invest on innovation to continue growing, a choice that allowed us to become a stable company, on the marketplace since many years.
