At the “Cibus” event, which will be held in Parma from 03 May to 06 May, the historic Emilian company Industrie Montali will be present, which, with over 100 years of history, has been able to intercept the needs of consumers, anticipating in the last twenty years the changes in lifestyle and food consumption methods.
The initial canning vocation of the Montali family has therefore expanded from the processing of concentrated tomatoes to the production of ready-made sauces in single-portion sachets and pâtés proposed in tubes, thus creating a wide assortment of easy to use.

The Chef Line is composed of a thick paste in a tube, with a high concentration of raw material, in the flavors: onion, capers, garlic, sautéed and double tomato paste. It is a delicious and original proposal both in the packaging and in the recipe, available in a practical tube of 128 grams: facile to be used in the kitchen, it is indicated to give a touch of extra flavor to sauces, meat or simply to a pasta dish.
