PANBURGER®

The soft PANBURGER® buns, like all other products from Panitalia Srl (Panem®, Spicchi di Grano®, PanFamiglia®), are made simply and traditionally with a few high-quality ingredients, without added sugars, hydrogenated fats, or preservatives. 100% Italian flours, extra virgin olive oil, and sourdough give each individual product the taste and flavor of good bread to be filled as desired, delicious for any occasion at home or away.

They are perfect to accompany any moment and consumption occasion, easy to prepare and take with you, great for breakfast or a snack, and thanks to their adaptability and versatility (balanced weight of each individual bun and recipe), they can represent an excellent bread for main meals.

The PANBURGER® line includes: PANBURGER® Soft Wheat (4 round buns x 50 grams each pack)

Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour type “0” (100% ITALY), water, extra virgin olive oil (2.7%), sourdough (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, malted WHEAT flour), yeast, salt. Treated with ethyl alcohol from wheat on the surface.

PANBURGER® Whole Wheat (4 round buns x 50 grams each pack)

Ingredients: Whole WHEAT flour (100% ITALY), water, extra virgin olive oil (2.3%), salt, sourdough (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, malted WHEAT flour), yeast. Treated with ethyl alcohol from wheat on the surface.

PANBURGER® Cereals (4 round buns x 50 grams each pack)

Soft WHEAT flour type “0” (100% ITALY), water, 11% cereal mix (corn flakes, RYE flakes, BARLEY flakes, SPELT flakes, OAT flakes, rice flakes), sunflower seeds (2.2%), extra virgin olive oil (1.9%), flax seeds (0.9%), salt, yeast, sourdough (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, malted WHEAT flour).
