L’insalata Dell’orto Came About From A Passion And An Idea

L’Insalata dell’Orto came about from a passion and an idea: a passion for the land, which led our family to dedicate ourselves to cultivating vegetables for generations; and an idea dating back to 1990, when we decided to expand production to green- house cultivation and commit to processing, transforming and packaging IV-range products and which in 2000 saw the birth of L’Insalata dell’Orto Srl.

Our customers are from Veneto up to the whole of Italy and beyond. The passion which lead L’Insalata dell’Or- to from the beginning and the constant task to innovation have allowed us to go one step further by leveraging the creativity of the consumer and experiencing in the kitchen, offering modern fresh-cut products that can be used as they are or revisited according to needs.

Alongside the company’s offer of classic vegetables and fresh-cut conventional and organic products is recognized by the main Italian and European brands, “L’OFFICINA DI CUCINA CREATIVA” was born as an incubator of ideas in the kitchen that finds its positive feedback in the creation of products that are bearers of the experimentation of tastes and needs.

“L’OFFICINA DI CUCINA CREATIVA” was created to understand the needs of customers and to reply with products that reflect the needs of quality and tastes of the moment. In recent years the range of products has expanded to the production of herbal teas and fresh roots, designed for moments of relax, to bowls with resealable lids and refined vegetable recipes, for buffets and offices, to fresh sauces and soups 100% organic vegetables and gluten free for those who love to cook and want a healthy help in the kitchen.

Finally, we have enhanced the products of the Veneto region with the line of Radicchio I.G.P. Salads which this year had a further expansion leading to a total of 5 products: Radicchio di Chioggia I.G.P. Salad, Radicchio di Verona I.G.P. Salad, Radicchio Variegato di Castelfranco I.G.P.
