Company BHB Italia SRL: Brief Introduction And New Products

BHB ITALIA is emerging as a leading company in the production of sponge cakes, rolls, muffins and a lot of other products for both baking laboratories and large-scale retail trade. 2018 was a year of revolution for the company, which brought excellent results and a wider variety of products. While Italy accounts for 75% of the market, the aim of the company is to expand its presence in several foreign countries in 2019. At the moment BHB ITALIA is mainly present in Central Europe.
BHB ITALIA has already unveiled 2 new products for 2019 at the ISM fair in Cologne last January: the sponge roll cake in resealable case, and the new muffins in packs of 4 pieces that can be preserved at room temperature: easy to store… easier to enjoy!
This year the company will celebrate not only its 60th anniversary, but also its growth as a leader in sponge cakes: “We are proud to promote our artisanal knowledge in the modern industrial world”. Some other new products will be presented at the Tutto Food fair in Milan from 6 to 9 May, such as the single-pack muffins, available in 2 different flavours.
This important anniversary prompts the company to improve their historical products, such as the sponge cake, in all its versions, and the sweet roll cake, which is a versatile product, always appreciated by customers. However, BHB ITALIA has decided to focus its attention on the line of muffins, which is giving great results thanks to the new packs of 4, available with vanilla aroma, cocoa and “stracciatella” flavour (vanilla base and chocolate drops). The new single-portion muffins will be more practical for the customer: fresh muffins available at any time, soft and fragrant, just like freshly baked.
Other flavours are apricot and chocolate. The apricot muffin has a vanilla base, filled with delicious apricot jam, while the chocolate muffin has a cocoa base with chocolate drops that makes it really tasty!
BHB Italia is not only known for its products: its young and dynamic team, headed by Mauro Casagrande, who comes from a renowned family of pastry chefs, is also known for its cheerfulness and helpfulness.
The staff is always ready to meet the customer’s needs and to find the best solutions to improve their recipes, which will have to be adapted to the preparation of tiramisu, sachertorte and other pastry products.
The production facility based in Paese, a small town near Treviso, 15 km from Venice, represents the eclectic nature and coolness of the company: here there is an atmosphere of design, beauty… and quality. In fact, there are plenty of opportunities to share with agents, customers and employees to taste the new products made by the pastry chefs of the R&D team. It is a relaxed and cosy environment, where it is nice to work and develop new ideas.
