The Centro Toscano Salumi is located in Orentano in the Province of Pisa and produces a wide range of cured meats typical of our region, TUSCANY.

Our society was originally founded at the end of the 1960s but the new corporate structure, which gave life to the CENTRO TOSCANO SALUMI, brought renewal and new life to the company, creating new products with various formats and opening up to new markets: Industry, Food Service and Retail.

Centro Toscano Salumi represents an example of a young, dynamic and reliable society that carefully combines the values of the local artisan tradition, with a careful and progressive technological adaptation, thus guaranteeing the quality and genuineness of our products.

Tradition, experience and a special attention dedicated to the products of our land have always enabled us to produce a delightful selection of raw cured meats, cooked and roasted.
