Meat and cold cuts specialties from South Tyrol Our meat and sausage products come exclusively from our butcher shop. They are processed traditionally and are aged in our aging room with all the time in the world. According to good old-fashioned manual labor, we process high-quality, species-appropriate meat to produce sausage products, hard sausage specialties, smoked meats, or our air-dried K.BERNARDI speck, which has made us known beyond the borders of South Tyrol. Since the founding of our butcher shop, we have relied on strictly secret spice blends with local herbs that have been passed down through the family for generations.

High-quality canned specialties of K.BERNARDI: excellent preservation in a can Our great-uncle was the first to introduce this particularly gentle method of preserving butcher’s products to South Tyrol around 1920. Today, our award-winning goulash dishes preserved in cans are the ambassadors of our homeland: the best beef goulash, goulash soup, wild boar goulash, or the noble venison goulash. Prepared exclusively with natural and genuine South Tyrolean ingredients and packed inside the can, they are just waiting to release their delicious taste when eaten.

We give nature time. Our original Pustertal smoked cheese is made according to a traditional recipe from top-quality raw milk from small farms. A semi-hard, mild to slightly tangy cheese with a delicate, nonresinous smoky note, aged for at least 6 weeks. Our Puster Valley smoked cheese is smoked in a real smoking room. This special cold smoking process gives it a unique flavor.
