Pasta Fresca Morena is a historic artisan pasta factory in Ventimiglia, founded over 50 years ago. Now in its fourth generation, the company has modernized its equipment while preserving the family tradition of producing fresh pasta and condiments using genuine, high-quality ingredients.

Among the specialties that are produced we remember the Ravioli of borage; stuffed Gnocchi; Trofie; Cappelletti; Cannelloni ricotta and spinach, meat and vegetables; Chicche with mushrooms, basil, and greens; Bassottini; Fusilli; Gigli; Lasagne; Orecchiette; Pansotti and Ravioli filled with both fish, vegetables and fruit.

The company’s mission is to continue offering products of the highest quality at a market price accessible to both private customers and commercial businesses. Now in its fourth generation, the pasta factory has earned numerous regional awards as a recognized master artisan and maintains a strong presence throughout Western Liguria and into nearby France.
