THE ROOTS OF TASTE The olive tree, a sign of strength and beauty, represents our territory in an exemplary way. Alghero, in the north-west of Sardinia, is a territory with a unique natural and scenic beauty. Oil has always been the protagonist of these places for thousands of years. Here our olive groves benefit from the marine climate and clean air to grow and give excellent fruit. It is this origin that makes the difference, to give a unique character and taste to our products.

All this makes the Mediterranean diet and Sardinia a treasure trove of gastronomic treasures and a place where life lasts longer, being able to classify it among the 5 Blue Zones of the world. IN THE LANDS OLIVE GROVES A total extension of over 230 hectares all located in northern Sardinia with about 25,000 plants, most of which are Cultivar Bosana, supplemented by other Sardinian and national cultivars. The harvest takes place from mid-October until December, with the use of mechanical and manual means with the transfer of the olives to our mill within 12 hours.
TECNOLOGY AND PASSION All the work done in the field is then finalized in our modern factory in Alghero, equipped with the most innovative technologies and machinery. This allows us to respect the olives at any stage of processing, keeping them under control to guarantee high quality standards. This is why our oils are appreciated and recognized as oils of excellence at national and international level.
