THE TASTE OF ITALIAN TRADITION

You know families Sunday lunches, the ones that maybe are not in use anymore? At that time, on Italians’ tables, especially southern Italians’, those lunches could not go without the olives, and all those vegetables in oil -artichokes, dried tomatoes, eggplant… -that each family provided to preserve and store just after the harvest and eat during the year, on special occasions. 

And now, in our recipes you can taste those same flavors, those scents and those colors, which are perfect to make not only your family’s dinners, but also your cocktails and your parties more cheerful and appetizing. 

All our olives are selected from the best Italian, Greek and Mediterranean cultivars. 

Making the appropriate selection at the right time, immediately after harvesting, when the fresh olives are immersed in the brine that will lead them to acquire the taste, the color and the scent that make them unique is the first fundamental step to revive the ancient recipes: natural olives that you can taste at the right point of maturation, olives combined with hot pepper, spices and a pinch of garlic, or sweetened and flavored with sweet and sour pepper and onions in vinegar. 

These and many others are the proposals that we offer to our loyal customers. 

And not just olives, of course. With the same care and passion, we work dried tomatoes, artichokes, aubergines, wild onions, mushrooms… all packaged either in buckets or bags in atm, for gastronomy counters sale, or in smaller packages such as take away small atm bags, trays or buckets. 

The raw materials and the processing aspect are not the only things we take great care of. The environmental aspect is also something we take in due account. For this reason, a photovoltaic system has been supplying the 80% of energy to the entire plant. Today, the expansion of the company has required a new photovoltaic system that we have just installed this year.
