A story as good as our products

Tentazioni Pugliesi was born from the desire to be a Brand that respects the Apulian gastronomic traditions, in a land that offers the best raw materials.

The Company, thanks to a team that boasts a substantial wealth of knowledge and experience, is constantly evolving to offer the best Apulian taralli.

The results and goals achieved over time derive from the desire to give the Apulian Taralli Original Recipe a new face.

We take care of meticulously managing all stages of the production process to offer the best product.

The state-of-the-art production facilities allow the Brand to develop a production line with a daily capacity of 100 quintals of product. The annual production is around 28,000 quintals, sorting all the products on the main national and international markets, which reach the average and large retailers. Our recipes use genuine ingredients such as the perfumed white wine of Puglia, the superb extra virgin olive oil coming directly from our territory.

Following the tradition, ingredients are then naturally leavened and subjected to a special boiling that makes the typical Apulian taralli particularly crisp. Experience and passion characterize our company in full respect of the Apulian gastronomic traditions.

Our assortment is very wide: we have a complete range of products and always new and attractive proposals for consumers.

We are planning new display systems and shelf merchandising to make product presentation more effective and increase sales.
