21 – 23 February 2027
There is an unmissable event for Horeca operators, distributors and importers interested in high-quality labels made from virtuous production methods: the Slow Wine Fair, the only international fair dedicated to good, clean and fair wine.
Organised by BolognaFiere in collaboration with Slow Food, the Slow Wine Fair will host over a thousand wineries that adhere to the Manifesto for good, clean and fair wine. Distributed across exhibition islands by country and Italian region of origin, the wineries – certified organic, biodynamic or in conversion – will showcase and offer tastings of their wines, which are the result of sustainable agriculture and rigorous selection.
Trade visitors and buyers will have the opportunity to participate in masterclasses and conferences to deepen their knowledge of vintages, terroirs, and producers, and take advantage of an exclusive and free matchmaking service to specifically filter the exhibitors they want to meet.
In addition to wine, the three-day fair will also highlight other aspects of healthy and sustainable eating, highly qualified and geared towards Horeca visitors: from the bitters of the Fiera dell’Amaro d’Italia, promoted by Amaroteca and ANADI, to the coffee of the Slow Food Coffee Coalition roasters, from cider to sustainability partners, who will exhibit innovative technologies, plants, equipment, and services for the sustainable wine supply chain.
With their Slow Wine Fair admission ticket, visitors will also have access to SANA Food, BolognaFiere’s b2b format for healthy, sustainable, and high-quality Out-of-Home nutrition, located in an adjacent pavilion. What makes SANA Food a unique strategic opportunity in Italy is also – for the first time – the participation of Slow Food Presidia producers and networks, who will offer training sessions, tastings, and round tables on the key issues at the heart of agri-food policies.
The Slow Wine Fair programme will feature once again the Terroir and Slow Spirit Wine List Award, assigned every year to the venues that best enhance the wines in the competing categories and to the best selection of bitters.
