Fortulla is an enchanted place of Tuscany where the gentle hills sink in the torquoise Tyrrhenian Sea. We are a family run winery with 7 hectares of vineyards and 5 of olive orchards, a restaurant and a relais.
We produce our wines by hand picking and hand selecting the bunches; the recyclable water is collected, purified and used for irrigation; solar and photovoltaic panels enable us to obtain elecricity. We are very proud to be a certified organic winery.
We produce 2 red wines (Fortulla and Sorpasso) and 2 rosè wines (still and sparkling) which are obtained from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; the white wine is obtained from Vermentino and Viogner grapes.
