Gross profit increased from 856,000 euros to 2.2 million, while EBITDA as a percentage of revenue rose from 5.5% to 11.3%, signaling a marked improvement in profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales volumes grew by 7% for candies on the Italian market, with a 4% increase in foreign markets. The number of employees rose from 59 to 63, supported by around 10 seasonal workers.
