Since then, the company has remained committed to a <strong>short and controlled supply chain<\/strong>, ensuring <strong>safety and traceability<\/strong>. The <strong>Alpine-based farms<\/strong> follow a sustainable model where the chickens grow in a <strong>healthy environment<\/strong>, fed with <strong>selected, antibiotic-free feeds<\/strong>. After hatching at the <strong>Carpaneto Piacentino incubator<\/strong>, the chicks are raised to develop the distinctive characteristics of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vallespluga.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Galletto Vallespluga<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing takes place at the <strong>Valchiavenna<\/strong> facility, ensuring a fresh and <strong>authentic-tasting<\/strong> product. This <strong>vertically integrated<\/strong> structure allows for shorter production-to-consumer times, a <strong>key competitive advantage<\/strong> in today\u2019s sustainability-focused market.
