Regione Lazio<\/a> and <\/strong>Arsial<\/strong> <\/a>are present at Cibus <\/a><\/strong>to promote the gastronomic heritage and agricultural food productions of the area, with a collective of 17 leading companies from all five Lazio provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lazio is a land of great traditions, which come to life in an extraordinary agricultural food heritage, one of the richest in the country, boasting: 16 PDOs, 13 PGIs, 3 TSGs, and 472 PATs (Traditional Agricultural Food Products), to which are added in the wine sector 3 DOCGs, 6 IGPs, 27 DOCs, and 37 native grape varieties. The Lazio agricultural food heritage reflects a millennia-old culture, which has manifested some of its most important expressions through gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most loved productions and the most widespread recipes are, in most cases, a direct expression of tradition, handed down and consolidated over time, but closely connected to the culture and history of our territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More generally, the relationship between food and its territory is a visceral one, in which all the peculiarities that a land can offer are reflected, even beyond the food itself. It is a symbiotic relationship that \u201cnourishes\u201d much of our identity and at the same time is an important tool for enhancement, even outside of agricultural food production, as happens for example in Wine and Olive Oil Tourism, the subject of a recent regional law (L.R. 14\/2023), created with the intent to regulate and promote the activity, in synergy with the beauty of our territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lazio awaits you at Cibus from May 7 to May 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 7, in the masterclass area of the buyers lounge, Lazio will be the absolute protagonist of the event, with two cooking shows by chef Alessandro Circiello, dedicated to our regional cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
