A selection that met the requirements set out in the Slow Food Manifesto of good, clean and fair wine, the Slow Wine guide and the assessments of a tasting commission, not to mention the role of FederBio with reference to organic wines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Significant, among the specialised public, was the incidence of the United States, Great Britain, China and Germany.
