the Alps and the amazing land of the Langhe, a land where animals give genuine and nutritious milk and traditions are handed down together with the passion for good things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure acquisitions that have brought the Marenchino Group to visibility on a national scale while maintaining the same values as always: Tradition,Localism and Quality. Today, Marenchino Group includes the companies <strong>Cisalpino<\/strong> and <strong>Perla<\/strong>, which have stood out for representing the <strong>Piedmontese<\/strong> dairy specialties in Italy and in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work following the short chain for all types of milk: cow, sheep and goat. we have always collaborated directly with the farmers of the area who deliver the milk every day: fresh and 100% from Piedmont. In this way we guarantee the best quality to our consumers and a sustainable development of the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The production of our cheeses is done in the traditional way, as it once was, the maturing is slow, still done by hand, shape after shape, rigorously on wooden planks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marenchino Group offers different types of packaging in order to guarantee a better service that guarantees product freshness and lower environmental impact, creating and developing new occasions and attitudes to consumption.
