The exhibition witnessed the participation of over 300 companies from India, Australia, Brazil, Italy, Turkey, Indonesia, Peru and Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Annapoorna &#8211; ANUFOOD India 2022<\/strong> was jointly organised by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ficci.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI)<\/a> and <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/koelnmesse-india.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Koelnmesse YA Tradefair Pvt. Ltd<\/strong>.<\/a> with support from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With its focus on the relevant areas of <strong>the food processing sector<\/strong>, the Annapoorna &#8211; ANUFOOD India 2022 Conference and Exhibition was a significant B2B trade platform for the Indian subcontinent for food processors, suppliers, buyers and traders at home and in international markets. The inaugural session was followed by a State Focused Session on Investment Opportunities in Food Processing Sector &amp; Value Chain. Mr. John Kingsly (IAS) Managing Director, MPIDCL, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh (IAS) Director of Industries, Department of Industry, Govt. of Jharkhand, Mr. Dilip Kumar Sahoo, Director Export Promotion &amp; Marketing, Govt. of Odisha, Commodore Rajiv Ashok (Retd), Managing Director, NERAMAC, Mr. MH Banthanal, Managing Director, KAPPEC, Mr. K Mohd. Irfan, Managing Director, Food Karnataka Limited and Mr. Abhijit Ghorpade, General Manager, Marketing, MIDC highlighted the various investment opportunities in their respective states.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the trade fair, Annapoorna &#8211; ANUFOOD India also witnessed several seminars evolving around the various topics in the Food processing sector. Industry leaders highlighted \u201cThe New Food Economy\u201d addressing the trends of emerging processes &amp; applications, food products, food safety certification, nano analytical methods, digital technology in Nutraceuticals and also addressing the various challenges in overcoming contaminants in food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another highlight was the panel discussion on \u201cWomen Leadership in Food\u201d with a special address by <strong>Major Mohini Garge Kulkarni (Rtd) <\/strong>on \u2018Balancing the Life.\u2019 To support the industry players, the conference also organised sessions on \u201cMarket Penetration Strategy\u201d to educate sellers to drive business growth.
