Their average altitude is of approx. 250 meters a.s.l. on chalky and clayey soils. The cultivation systems used, are mainly guyot and espalier, ant the grape varieties managed are all traditional as Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Aglianico, Sangiovese and Barbera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37234\" width=\"234\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/SAVE_20210927_114136-1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 234px) 100vw, 234px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The winery occupies a total area of 6000 sq.m. 3600 sq.m of these are indoor and are located on 3 levels. In the underneath level there is the barrique cellar; On the ground floor there are the plants for the vinification and the thanks for the wine storage, the bottling plants, the warehouse and finally a showroom for direct sales; On the upper floor there are meeting room, all the offices ant the wine-lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vinification chain in technologically advanced with a capacity of 15 tons of grapes worked per hour, at controlled temperature, from grapes take over to fermentation and storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The barrique cellar has a capacity of 200 hl with barrels of 18 and 32 hectoliters capacity and smaller barriques. The bottling plant is entirely automated with a production of 6000 bottles per hour. Total yearly bottles produced: 2.500.000.
